microscope

We got our microscope, and of course it didn't work! I think it is some kind of curse that we are not allowed to research crystals.
ok, the microscope itself worked fine, it was the light that didn't work. So instead of just taking it back I tried to fix it. About 3 hours later I gave up and said it is going back. 15 minutes later Rick had it fixed, figures.
So today we had fun with the microscope. We looked at our sugar crystal, then some grass and leaves, then various other items around the house. When we ran out of things in the house Rick and the kids took a field trip to the golf course next door and got all kind of more things to look at. We spent a whole day looking at "little wiggly things" in the microscope.
But here is a word of caution, never look at anything you are about to eat, or normally eat, under a microscope if you ever want to eat that again.
