We are going to get TADpole Tube-Town and grow some frogs.
Rick has the great idea of just waiting for a few weeks and going next door to the golf course to find tadpoles and putting them in a aquarium. I see 2 problems with this....
1. he will come back with more than tadpoles (hint: I have seen several turtles over there)
2. Tube-Town is completely and securely enclosed (at least until the kids play with it)...... The aquarium is not
3. (I know I said 2 problems) Tube-Town is just plain cute!
Anyhow, I think it will be fun for the kids to watch this little fish like mutation turn into a cute little frog, and a great science experiment. Which I know they will then loose interest in and it will grow into a big frog that will have abandonment issues and I will end up "counseling" and caring for the large lonely frog.
But it will be fun!?!?!
